Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items meet these conditions:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear plugs
  • Nose clips
  • All swimwear (including female race suits, female two pieces, and boys/girls swimwear)

Exceptions are made only for defective items.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack Your Items – Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to:

  5. Wait for Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be charged or refunded accordingly)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
