Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original condition
- Unused with original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on ear plugs, nose clips, and any swimwear (including female race suits, female two pieces, and boys/girls swimwear) unless they arrive defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack Your Items – Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. - Wait for Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Wrong Items
