Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide to help swimmers across the globe access quality equipment (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other locations). During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch. Recommended for urgent needs.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch. Great for larger orders when you can plan ahead.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility in Panama City, Florida.
When should I order for an upcoming swim meet?
For competition gear, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping and placing your order at least 3 weeks before you need the equipment to account for any potential delays. This gives you time for any necessary adjustments or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products, but if you need to return an item for any reason, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate your return. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to begin the process. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
